Do not use if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to aspirin or other NSAID or ulcer medications. Do not use in the following cases. Excessive dosing is not recommended. Excessive frequency of dose increase may be harmful.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This product should not be used during breastfeeding. If you become pregnant while using Celebrex, contact your doctor.
The usual dosage is 100 mg (3 times a day) for 5 days.
The maximum dose is 3 g per day. Children under 12 years may take the dosage maximum of 3 g per day.

The difference in mean pain score was statistically significant in the Celebrex group compared to the control group (P = 0.012).
Conclusion:Celebrex was well tolerated in the treatment of knee arthritis.
